The product is lifted by chain drive and placed in a vertical stack on wooden production pallets. After production pallet has been stacked with three rows of product it is discharged from Off loader and is taken away by fork truck to a curing area in the factory.

The Off loader has a magazine containing four wooden pallets, which are automatically fed for a continuous cycle.

The speed of the Motor is controlled by a Danfoss Variable Control Converter, other moving parts are operated by Pneumatic Rams.

The Vertical Height of the stacked product is controlled by an adjustable infrared sensor.

An infrared beam safety switch controls a safe area around the Off Loader.

Curing of product: Inside Curing is done naturally. After a period of 24 hours product is transferred to wooden pallets and taken outside for curing.
